This page explains what Denver Septic Installation ("we") collects through this website, by phone, by text and at a site visit, and what we do with it.
What we collect
- What you send us. Your name, phone number, property address, email address if you give one, the service you need, the time you prefer for a visit, whether you already have a written quote, and anything you write in the message box.
- Calls and texts. Your phone number, what you tell us, and any photos or documents you send, such as a photo of a written quote from another company.
- Site visits. Notes, measurements and photos of the property that we take to price the job.
- Website use. Like most websites, this one may use cookies and tools such as Google Analytics and Google Ads to count visits and to see which ads lead to calls and site visit requests. These tools may collect your device type, browser, general location and the pages you view.
How we use it
- To call, text or email you back and set up a site visit
- To look at your property and prepare a price
- To check a written quote you ask us to beat
- To measure how the website and our ads are working
- To keep records, prevent fraud and meet legal duties
Who we share it with
- The licensed septic installer. Septic work is done by a licensed septic installer. We share your contact details, property address and job details with the installer so the job can be priced and done.
- Companies that help us run things. The companies that host the website, deliver the site visit form, carry our calls and texts, and provide analytics and advertising handle your information for us.
- Government offices, when the job needs it. County health and building departments, for permits and inspections.
- When the law requires it, or to protect our rights, our safety or someone else's.
We do not sell your personal information.
Texts and calls
If you text us, call us or send the site visit form, we may call or text you back at the number you gave about your visit and your quote. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to stop texts, or HELP for help. Agreeing to texts is not a condition of buying anything. We do not share your phone number or your consent to be texted with anyone for their own marketing.
Cookies and advertising
You can block cookies in your browser settings and the website will still work. You can turn off personalized Google ads at adssettings.google.com.
How long we keep it
We keep your information for as long as we need it to answer you, price and complete the job, and keep business and legal records. Then we delete it or remove what identifies you.
Security
We take reasonable steps to protect your information. No website, email or text message is completely secure, so we cannot promise that your information will never be seen by someone it was not meant for. Do not send us bank, card or Social Security numbers through this website or by text.
Your choices
You can ask us what we have about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Depending on where you live, the law may give you more rights, and we will honor them. Call or text (720) 273-0109, or email hello@twinsummit.ai.
