Terms of use
Last updated October 13, 2026
These terms cover your use of this website and your requests to Denver Septic Installation ("we"). By using the website, sending the site visit form, calling or texting, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.
What we do and do not do
We visit your property, bid the job and beat written quotes. We do not install septic systems ourselves. A licensed septic installer does the work and holds the contract, the county permit and any warranty.
What this website is
The information here, including the pricing page and the articles, is general. It is not a bid, a design, or engineering, legal, real estate or health advice for your property. Septic rules are set by the state and by each county, and they change. Check with your county for the current rule. We try to keep the website accurate, but we do not promise that it is complete, current or free of mistakes.
No contract through this website
Sending the form, calling, texting or having us visit does not create a contract and does not commit you or us to anything. We may decline any job, any property or any request for a visit. Visit times depend on our schedule, the weather and access to the property.
Quotes and pricing
Most installs start around $15,000. The final price comes after a site visit, because soil, system type, home size and access set it. The county permit, soil test and design are extra and quoted separately, so your total may vary.
A price is only a quote when it is given to you in writing for your property. A written quote is good for the time stated on it. Prices on this website are starting points and can change without notice.
Ground conditions that could not be seen at the visit, such as rock, groundwater, buried debris or lines that were not marked, and changes required by the county, the soil test or the system design can change the price and the schedule. How those changes are handled is set by the written contract for the work.
Beating a written quote
Bring a written quote from a licensed installer for the same job at the same property, meaning the same system and the same scope of work. After we see the site, we will give you a lower price in writing.
The offer covers the installation work only, and it has limits:
- The other quote must be in writing, complete, still valid and from a licensed installer.
- We may contact the company that wrote it to confirm it is real.
- It does not apply to a quote for a different system, a different scope or a different property, or to a quote we cannot confirm.
- It does not apply where the work in the other quote would not meet county or state rules.
- County permit fees, the soil test and the design are separate and are not part of the comparison unless both quotes include them.
- We may end or change the offer at any time. A written price we have already given you stays good for the time stated on it.
Who does the work
Your agreement for the work is with the licensed septic installer, and its terms are the ones in the written contract you sign. The installer is responsible for the work, the materials, the permit, inspections, the schedule, the job site and any warranty. Read that contract before you sign it. Questions or claims about the work go to the installer under that contract.
Site visits
- By asking for a visit, you confirm that you own the property or have the owner's permission for us to be there.
- Tell us before the visit about anything we should know to be safe, such as pets, gates, open pits, a failing tank or soft ground.
- Tell us about anything underground that you know of, such as wells, water and gas lines, electric lines, old tanks and sprinkler lines.
- A visit is a look at the surface. It is not a soil test, a survey, an inspection of your current system or an engineered design.
Timing
Any dates we mention are estimates. Permits, county review, inspections, soil tests, design, weather, frozen ground and material supply are outside our control and can move a job.
Health and safety
Sewage is a health hazard. If sewage is backing up into your home or pooling in the yard, keep people and pets away and call your county health department. In an emergency, call 911. This website is not an emergency service.
Calls and texts
When you send a site visit request, call or text, you agree that we may call or text you back about your visit and your quote. Reply STOP to stop texts. See the privacy policy.
